• 100% Pinot Noir, 100% of the time

• All of our fruit comes from the Willamette Valley

• Blend between 10%-20% of our Single Vineyard offerings into our Classic Pinot Noir

• Include whole cluster fermentation

• Incorporate as much organic, sustainable and biodynamic fruit as we can in our wines
